You've probably heard the rumors that Marc Jacobs is leaving his post as chief designer at Louis Vuitton in order to take his own Marc Jacobs company public. And alas, the rumors are true. After 16 years at the French fashion house, Jacobs is leaving the iconic brand. Appropriately, Jacobs went out with a bang last night at the Louis Vuitton runway show during Paris Fashion Week, where models walked in an edgy funeral march. Now that's the way to go.
