Karl Lagerfeld Plays Cupid for Vanessa Paradis

According to an article in the Daily Mail, the designer recently put his matchmaking skills to the test by setting up Chanel ambassadress Vanessa Paradis with her new BF Benjamin Biolay.
We were pretty much in shock when the French singer-turned-actress announced her split from Johnny Depp this past June, the couple dated for 14 years, after all. But the Karl Lagerfeld pulling a Patti Stanger? Consider our minds blown!
A source told the Daily Mail, Lagerfeld thought the Paradis and Biolay, a French singer/songwriter, would make the perfect match thanks to their similar musical backgrounds and ages.

And, well, it looks like he was right on the money. The songbirds are recording a duet together for Biolay's next album! Seriously, how presh is that?
