Skinny Jeans Bandits Strike Brooklyn in March—Criminals Still at Large!
(Urban Outfitters) A montage of skinny jeans
This March, five suspects ransacked an Urban Outfitters in the Cobble Hill section of Brooklyn, stealing only 20 pairs of skinny jeans—unclear whether the jeans were from the men's or women's section, but really, they're skinny jeans, so who can tell—and now, two months later, the suspects are still at large and cops are asking the public for help to find them and lock up their skinny-jeans-wearing asses.
According to a report in The Brooklyn Paper:
Here are the surveillance photos the police released:
The crooks waltzed into the trendy clothing store on Atlantic Avenue one-by-one at 8 pm pretending to be customers, police said.
One or more bandits distracted the store clerk inside the retail franchise between Clinton and Court streets while the others swiped the stylish trousers and ran off.
No injuries were reported.
Four of the suspects were believed to be between the ages of 25 and 35, cops said. There is no information on the fifth man.
