Rachel Zoe Sold a Sitcom Based on Her Life
Yesterday, we learned that Tyra Banks is creating a sitcom based on her life—and now we're hearing that Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman just sold a sitcom to NBC based on a fictional version of herself.
According to Deadline, the married couple share Executive Producer credits on the show, while Animal Practice's Aseem Batra will be writing, and Emmy winner Todd Holland will direct.
We're sure that whatever Zoe and Berman have up their sleeves will be ba-na-nas.
Perhaps they will allude to an allegedly-thieving assistant that fictional Zoe has to cut loose?
Or maybe she'll address Brad Goreski's dramatic departure! At the very least, we hope there's discussion of his "moody, snarky, Brad-itude."
We do know one thing for sure, there will be plenty of "babes," "majors," and (of course) "I dies" in the script.
Are you excited for Rachel Zoe's sitcom? Will you tune in once it's on air? Let us know what you think in the comments!
