Cameron Diaz Scores Her First Big Fashion Gig! Guess The Brand?

Another day, another celebrity fashion designer.
Accessories brand Pour La Victoire announced its new Artistic Director today, and the gig belongs to—that's right!—Cameron Diaz. The A-lister is known for her major red carpet style, but the appointment does come as a bit of shocker. The role means she'll actually be designing for the brand, not just serving as the face.
"Pour La Victoire gives me the opportunity to create something timeless," Diaz told WWD. "There's a lot I have to learn about the business. I'm interested in learning how collections are created. The word 'fun,' I want to say that it's going to be fun, but it's deeper than that."
Diaz's first collection won't be available until next year, but she told WWD that everyone will be able to afford the line—so get that plastic ready! "We want the brand to be accessible for that working girl," she said. "I work hard for my money. I want it [the collection] to be sensible, whether you have a lot of money or you are scraping together pennies."
