You’ll not likely spot early ’60s Betty Draper in a pair of short tailored shorts – only neat, tapered pedal pushers from time to time – but then Nathan Elson’s shoot Mad Women isn’t about recreating T.V show characters to the last detail. Instead the concept as styled by Tracey MacCorquodale picks up on the inspirational thread of AMC’s series and weaves it into the shoot in a modern way.
