DSquared2 does ’90s biker glam

For their resort / pre-spring 2013 collection, DSquared2 time-warped Cara Delevigne straight back to the ’90s. This is the ultra-glam side of the ’90s though: the side dominated by the original cast of power Supermodels, where a hot pink bustier and motorcycle cap dripping in gold chains turned a girl into an object of desire. There’s a lot here that’s over-the-top, but DSquared2′s collection is a tribute and one that embraces exaggeration with a kind of knowingness. And that same knowingness is the best accessory to pulling these looks off on one’s own.
