What started out a a way of keeping time and scheduling in appointments has become a vehicle for art. We no longer need to hang calendars on our wall, but that’s exactly what makes them an item of luxury. Splash, the Middle East’s largest fashion retailer, produces an annual calendar that’s more like a series of 12 phenomenal artworks, this year based around the theme Room 2013.
