One of my all-time favourite beauty looks would have to be vibrantly coloured liquid liner – especially when given a graphic, mod feel.
With blue eye makeup and pink eye makeup both landing on our radar as beauty trends for spring 2013, there’s no better time to experiment with using colour as a part of your liquid liner regime.
