Just Cavalli Resort: prints you can’t ignore

At a time when prints are everywhere, it would take a label like Just Cavalli to make them over-the-top enough to stand out, glaringly, from the pack. The neon leopard prints from the brand’s Resort 2013 collection are not for the faint of heart – they and the gold bling jewellery have the collection doffing its (trucker) hat to hip-hop/rap culture and the wanton ostentatiousness of some of the genre’s stars. But the collection was also inspired by India, manifested in the palm prints and florals and overall vibrant exoticism.
