Michelle Obama's favorite designers and a red-carpet regular on the backs of celebs such as
Claire Danes and
Julianna Margulies, may soon be available at your neighborhood Kohl's store—at a fraction of the price!
Today's
WWD
reports that Narciso has inked a deal with the mega-retailer to create "a limited-run capsule collection" that will be the first of similar high-end designer collaborations slated to launch this fall.
Not totally familiar with Narciso's work? That's no surprise. The designer, who cut his teeth working on New York's Seventh Avenue under the tutelage of fashion greats including
Donna Karan and
Calvin Klein, became the creative director of
TSE in 1995. In the late-90s, he became a household name when he designed the Carolyn Bessette's dress for her wedding to
John F. Kennedy Jr.—a dress that spawned hordes of knock-offs for years to come.
Check out some of the runway looks from his latest fall collection, above. What do you think Narciso's fall 2012 Kohl's capsule collection will look like? What would you like to see? Tell us in the comments.
