Joan Rivers Handcuffed Herself to Another Customer's Shopping Cart at Costco Tuesday

Fashion Police star Joan Rivers isn't exactly a shrinking violet—so when we read that earlier this week, she'd handcuffed herself to another customer's shopping cart at a Burbank, California, Costco store, we weren't that surprised.
Of course, it was all for publicity. According to the LA Times, Rivers chained herself to a shopping cart and started shouting at anyone who would listen—all in the spirity of promoting her new book, I Hate Everyone... Starting With Me, which is, uh, not actually being sold at Costco.
"People should have the right to have the literature they want," Rivers declared. "This is the beginning of Nazi Germany."
After she was asked to leave, she told reporters: "They kicked me out without giving me any free samples."
