Katy Perry Wears a Corset Fit for Barbie

(Courtesy Photo)Pop star Katy Perry is a huge fan of The Blonds, having enlisted the New York-based design duo to create several of her most memorable performance ensembles. So it's only natural that Katy would be the first to wear a spangled corset from The Blonds' Spring 2011 collection—one modeled after a black-and-white corset designed specifically for the original glamour girl, Barbie.
This season, The Blonds sent three one-of-a-kind Barbie dolls down the runway alongside their custom-made dresses and corsets. All three are, of course, fabulous, with Swarovski crystal-encrusted ensembles that live up to the label's reputation for unrelenting glamour.
The dolls will be sold for $5,000 on November 16 at 9 AM on BarbieCollector.com. Are you hoping to nab your own pint-sized superstar?
