What's the first thing you think about when you think of Britain? Maybe scones, tea, Big Ben, or even Kate Middleton. What about supermodels?

Turns out, when you really take a moment to think about it, the UK has produced some of the best-known supermodels of our generation—think the ubiquitous Kate Moss, the inimitable Naomi Campbell (her walk will always be the best walk, no question about it), and the commercial crossover sensation Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who's just as at home on the silver screen as she is strutting the runway.

According to reports, these three ladies—along with a few other hand-picked British supes—will participate in the 2012 London Olympics' closing ceremonies. The Daily Mail reports that Kate, Naomi, and Rosie will walk the catwalk on August 12th wearing creations by Britain's best-known designers—including Vivienne Westwood and Alexander McQueen.

Are you excited about this summer's Olympic games? We always love the summer Olympics—lots more shirtless buff guys (woot!). And we're glad that the UK will be featuring some of its amazing fashion heritage as part of the closing ceremonies—it's a rare thing these days to see Kate and Naomi on the same catwalk and we can hardly wait!
