Harper's Bazaar released its Fall/Winter 2012 Runway Report today, featuring the usual trend reports, designer profiles, and standout fashion week moments.

However, there's one fresh addition to the mag's extra issue—YouTube star P'Trique's breakdown of her (his?) fashion week routine. From waking up at 8 a.m. (in the nude!) to stumbling home drunk to mingling with Derek Blasberg in between, join P'Trique as she takes you on a tour of her Fashion Week lifestyle in the story "My List: 24 Hours With P'Trique in Harper’s Bazaar’s Runway Report."
