Will Katy Perry Give Up Spinning Bras For Good? Insurers Fear for Her Safety

Katy Perry's signature spinning bra.
Her mechanical bras have gotten even more attention lately, now that British tabloid The Sun reported yesterday that her insurance company asked her to find a new support system that doesn't involve any sort of spinning.
Apparently, Perry's insurers fear for her life—the singer has gotten her hair caught in the wheels of her bras before, and they're scared that if it happens again it could be a lot more dangerous and costly.
“My hair got caught in the wheels of my spinning peppermint bra and began to coil around and around," Perry said. “I’m forced to just go with it so, by the end of the song, it looked quite like I was licking my own t**. What a girl does for her art.”
