Considering Chanel Iman
's ultra-slender physique, it's no wonder some might question how she maintains that heavenly figure of hers. Unfortunately for those of us searching for an easy answer—be it a cleanse, cookie diet or fairy dust—it seems Chanel is one of the lucky few who can thank the gene pool and a healthy mindset for her gorgeous body.
Did we mention that, earlier this year, she actually adopted a steak and potatoes diet to gain weight? Chanel says,
I'm actually eating right now! I kinda do what I feel, but of course I think working out is very healthy. But it's all about energy for me. It just gives you really good energy to work out. So I have a personal trainer that I work with all the time. I also dance, not professionally dance or anything, but like dance around my house and that always helps give me positive, cool energy. But I always feel that working out is something that builds muscle and is just good for you and also makes you feel wonderful inside.
When she isn't twirling around her living room, Chanel happily indulges her sweet tooth. That's right, not only does she work to gain weight, she also has a thing for sugary treats!
I have a thing for sweets, so I'm always waking up, baking cookies, cupcakes, ice-cream. I have sweets anytime of the day, whether it's morning breakfast or night!
We would be lying if we said we weren't just a teensy bit jealous!
