Emilia Clarke Gets Really Dressed Up to Go to the Airport
(Bauer Griffin/ImaxTree) Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is definitely not a yoga-pants -and-hoodie-at-the-airport kind of woman. Our favorite dragon babymama arrived at LAX for a late-night flight wearing a look pulled straight from Dries Van Noten's spring 2013 runway. Print-mixing! And stilettos! On a redeye! Observe:
(Bauer Griffin)Also of note — the slit up he back of her blouse. We're impressed with her ability to contemplate the sort of special undergarments random cut-outs require at such a late hour.
(Bauer Griffin) While we don't advocate showing up to the airport like you just rolled out of bed, we have a theory. Just like airport money doesn't count (Oh hey, giant stack of magazines and duty-free perfume.), and airport calories don't count (Whattup, Toblerone. And day-drinking.), airport clothes don't really count. Which is why, while we commend Emilia for wearing uncomfortable things like waist-cinching belts and peep-toes to board a plane, we probably won't be trying it anytime soon.
