She did it before and now she's done it again. The First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, has once again chosen to wear a gown by New York based designer Jason Wu to the Presidential Inaugural Ball.

The custom-made halter-neck crimson red gown showed off the First Lady's impossibly-toned arms in what looks to be burnished velvet.

First Lady Michelle Obama famously wore Jason Wu to the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Ball—immediately thrusting the then-relatively-unknown young designer into the national spotlight. And, while many voices in the fashion peanut gallery had loudly speculated that Obama might seize the 2013 opportunity to showcase the work of another up-and-coming designer, it looks like Obama's proved them all wrong.

Just goes to show: once you find something that works for you, stick with it.
