Kristen Stewart Accessorized Her Reem Acra Gown With Crutches at the Oscars [PHOTOS]

Either Kristen Stewart finally found a way to wear heels painlessly (goodbye, Chuck Taylors!) on the red carpet or she up and got a boo-boo recently — the actress hit the 2013 Oscars red carpet tonight on crutches!
There's no word yet on what exactly happened, though E! is speculating it could be a result of a foot injury the actress suffered while shooting Snow White and the Huntsman, like, ages ago. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Updated: People is now reporting she cut the ball of her foot on glass two days ago. Although, the pub has no further info on how or why.
As for the rest of her look, KStew dressed to the nines in a pale blush strapless Reem Acra couture gown with hand-beaded detailing and pleated tulle inserts. She accessorized the gown with a 19th century rose gold Fred Leighton necklace — with 91 10-carat graduated diamonds! — and a vintage Fred Leighton ring.
