The glam reality star was spotted in LA wearing a black turtleneck under a sheath dress with a Lanvin blazer draped so chicly over her shoulders. She wore a chunky gold statement cuff over her left sleeve and carried a classic black leather clutch in the other hand. Patent Jimmy Choo pumps and a polished ponytail were Kim's finishing touches to this sharp lunchtime look. And, despite her latest twitter pic, she does not appear to be showing. The power of maternity Spanx perhaps?
