(PacificCoastNews.com/Getty Images) Kate Middleton had a
very eventful Saint Patrick's Day. Just as she did last year, the Duchess of Cambridge headed to Aldershot to
down pints of green beer hand out shamrocks to the Irish guards. She even threw on the same
corned beef-stained "Kiss Me, I'm Irish" tee coat she wore during 2012's ceremony — an emerald Emilia Wickstead design with a flared skirt. Except, this time around, she added black tights, a turtleneck, and a jazzy beret, and skipped the belt because baby bump.
The duchess even gave the public
an update on the royal fetus, telling Sergeant Thomas Laven that she’s hoping her baby is a boy, while her husband, Prince William, is rooting for a girl. Then, perhaps a little lightheaded from revealing such personal information, she got her heel stuck in a grate.

Prince William swooped in and saved the day, which is the whole
point of being a prince.
