At a screening of Footloose, Julianne Hough wore her long hair smooth and shiny. The long layers of her cut gave her locks subtle movement and body. To recreate her look, add a product like Phyto Phytodefrisant Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm to damp hair. Next, part hair and begin blow-drying tresses with a round brush, making sure to direct blowdryer downward toward hair ends. This will help smooth the cuticle layer and eliminate frizz. Once hair is dry, lightly tousle for volume and smooth a little with fingers.
