This year's 2011 People's Choice Awards called for "Hollywood Chic" attire: Ashley Bell interpreted the invitation with a striking strapless emeral mini, a perfectly vibrant complement to her fiery red locks.Ashley paired her darling dress with tan Bastille glitter sandals from Jerome C. Rousseau. The heels popped against the deep sapphire carpet.
