Until very recently, Karissa Shannon lived in the hypersexual haven of the Playboy Mansion with her sister, Kristina, and a bevy of buxom beauties. This might explain why the 21-year-old glamour model has a predilection for cut-out dresses, plunging halter tops and hemlines that would make any non-centerfold blush.But the dress Karissa wore to the OK! Magazine USA Fifth Anniversary party on Wednesday was pushing the limits—even for her. With its open back, chain detail and torso cut outs, the dress barely covered Ms. Shannon's semi-famous essentials. Not that she appeared to mind the overexposure or anything.
