Serious Question: How Gorgeous Was Lena Dunham's Emmy Awards Makeup?

Now that the fanfare surrounding the 2013 Emmy Awards has started to die down, let's chat about the real winner of the evening: Lena Dunham's awesome aqua-color smoky eye. While the masses may not have fallen in love with her teal floral Prada frock, naysayers couldn't possibly deny how ridiculously stunning Lena's eye makeup was. Bask in its brilliance below!

"I knew the makeup had to be striking and strong to balance out the massive dress," said Jo Strettell, the makeup mastermind behind Lena's look. "But I think it's horrible when it looks too matchy-matchy, so I chose a shade that was a little greener than the teal-toned dress. Even though it's in the same color family, it's a bit of a risk doing this because the color is slightly off, but that's what keeps it fresh."
