(j/Bauer Griffin via Twitter)Looks like Beyonce is on a roll. Not only did she shock/surprise/please the world with a 17-song visual album out of the blue, but now she's going to release her third fragrance.
Rise, the third of her widely popular fragrance line, is all about "female empowerment and finding the inner strength that makes women so beautiful,” according to a WWD interview with Marsha Brooks, vice president of global marketing for fragrances in the Coty Beauty division of Coty Inc.
How very Beyonce.
Rise is described as intoxicating and floral, which is pretty much what we imagine Queen B to smell like all the time. And let's be honest, anything Bey touches turns to gold, so Rise will probably be a hit. After all, her first two fragrances have grossed $400 million in retail sales, with Heat making $75,000 in one day at Macy's.
Next stop world domination.
Rise will hit store counters early February for $19.99 (for a half-ounce bottle) to $59 (for a 3.4 ounce bottle).
