Miley Cyrus Dyed Her Hair Blue! Well, Sort Of—Thoughts? [UPDATED]

Miley Cyrus has a brand-new hairdo — and, well, it definitely fits her new(ish) punk-princess persona. She dyed her bottle blond locks blue! Well, sort of. They're more like blue-gray highlights.

The 20-year-old star debuted her new look in Los Angeles this weekend while wearing a scoopneck black crop top — a certain style of shirt she's been on a roll with lately — high-waisted ankle-length slacks, studded Christian Louboutin flats, and her go-to biker jacket slung over her arm.

With all those rumors going around that she and hubby-to-be Liam Hemsworth and on the rocks, we can only hope this is a makeover and not (dun, dun, dun) a breakover. But that big ol' rock was still on her finger this weekend, so that's got to be a good sign, right? Right?!

UPDATE: After apparently receiving a lot of raucous from fans on Twitter, Cryus took to the social networking site to let the world know her hair isn't permanently blue — she just went a wee bit too heavy on the shimmer this weekend.
