Jordana Brewster's Must-Have Mascara, What's In Her Car, and More!

If you happen to find yourself cruising around LA anytime soon—er, should we say caught in traffic?—and happen to spot a stunning, eyelash-batting Brazilian beauty jamming out to Ludacris in the car next to you, yeah, that's not Jordana Brewster. (OK, maybe the beautiful brunette part fits the bill...)

This week, we caught up with the Fast & Furious 6 actress at Procter and Gamble's pop-up Beauty Box to briefly chat about her must-have beauty products, like baby oil as a makeup remover and CoverGirl's Lash Blast Mascara. "It makes your eyes pop and makes you look instantly put-together," she said.

Seriously, though, you should see those lashes of hers in person. This photo, below, only does them about 1/4 of their fluttery justice.

And because we had to, you know, in the spirit of 12 years of street-racing and car-boosting, we asked Brewster to give us the scoop on what's in her car this very second. Let's just say it's not exactly what you'd expect from a badass like Mia Toretto (a.k.a. her cool-as-ice character in the F&F franchise).

"Lots of Paul Newman's mints," she told us. "I'm kind of a sugar addict so I love having that in my car. Also, probably old bottles of water—that's really embarrassing! And I've got a lot of books on tape."

What kind of books on tape?

"I like listening to Pema Chödrön, she's a Buddhist monk. It really calms me and helps work against the LA traffic—all the rage that that can bring up."

A-ha! So that's how Brewster looked so easy, breezy, and collected in this coordinating abstract-print short set while we, in contrast, sweated bullets through our cotton sundress in the 88° weather.
