Guess What? You Can Now Use Botox HERE Too!

This just in: BOTOX® Cosmetic (a.k.a. everyone's favorite dermal filler) has just been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to treat crow's feet, otherwise known as those pesky fine lines that pop up in the outer corners of the eyes whenever smiling.

Here's what that means for consumers: After two successful clinical trials on approximately 800 patients, Botox has become the first and only filler that's been approved to temporarily treat moderate ocular wrinkles as well as frown lines on the forehead and in between the brows. Now, a few injections can ensure that everything from your hairline all the way down to your chin stays as smooth as a baby's bottom. (With regular touchups every six months, of course.)

Here's what that means for you: Potential swelling and pooling of excess liquid in the ocular area were the most commonly reported side effects. (Which totally makes sense—skin that is plump and hydrated looks much more youthful and is generally wrinkle-free.)

Here's what that means for Allergan (the pharmaceutical giant behind Botox): An expected extra $100 million in revenue.

Think you'll be Botox-ing your pretty peepers?
