With shows for Alexander McQueen and Prada and ad campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana and Valentino, she's done the couture thing quite well, and a couple of years ago she was one of the world's highest-earning models. This year she announced her plans to give up modeling for acting, in the wake of criticisms over her recent weight gain.
